Is there any debt conslodation for payday loans in the state of Louisianna that arelegal and do not cause more debt and are there free services. Also can a payday lender file criminal charges aganist you if your check is a ACH but your account was closed

Payday loans are always considered to be risky. Also, whether or not they are legal, they have always caused problems for the consumers. It is always advised to not go for payday loans. It will be better if you could avoid them. Rather than taking out payday loans, it will be better if you could contact your friends and relatives and check out if they can give you a loan.

I don't think payday lenders will be able to file criminal charges against you if you can't pay off the payday loans.

Yes, you can consolidate your payday loans in Louisianna. But since payday loans carry outrageously high rates, it is better not to resort to them. You may take out a payday loan when it is really urgent but nothing can be worse than getting addicted to them. This will ensnare you into the payday loan debt hell and you'll hurt your credit score terribly.

If the company that is lending you the loan is not legal in your state, they can never take any kind of criminal action against you. :D:D
