I posted a few weeks ago and here is what I have done. I currently have installment loans with Check n go, Cashnet USA, Great Plains Lending, Payday One and Spot Loan. I know that people on here say to stay clear, but I signed up with Credit Advisors in Omaha to help me consolidate. I am so stressed with all of this I just needed help!

I sent emails to Spot Loan and Great Plains Lending because I believe they are illegal in Missouri. I haven't really gotten a final answer from them yet. But what about the other lenders in Missouri?

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them, and what will happen. I don't even know what to do at this point. I am really nervous about all of this. I did close my back account and Friday the payments shoudl have rejected. Have not heard from anyone yet, but sure I will soon!

Please give me any advice...

I really hope you did not enlist the two illegal loans for consolidation. Other than that, there is nothing much you can do with the legal lenders. Given that they are CSOs (I will have to check up on Payday One though), they would offer you an EPP unless you have already defaulted on the payments.

The EPP should ease your condition and give you some wriggle room. Forget about paying the illegal lenders (that is if you owe them any part of the principal at all) for now and just concentrate on settling with your legal lenders.
