Goudah, I respect your knowledge of the community and the work you have contributed to this forum. I have read it for quite some time. However, you are absolutely wrong about Friendly Cash LLC being licensed anywhere. The USA PDL license via Friendly Cash LLC was in NM and the license was surrendered when NM changed their laws. I would challenge you to actually find their incorporation as the structure is designed to avoid that. They are owned by a holding company which is also owned by another holding company titled Point Pleasant Holdings incorporated in DE, albeit quite loosely. They are currently looking into offshore activities as opposed to just pure unlicensed lending. There is a Friendly Cash, or similarly titled company, that is owned and operated in DE. The employees of USA PDL are the same employees as Ace Pays. While I can not reveal how my knowledge of PDLs is so extensive, I hope you take what I say as words intended to be helpful to this forum.
