Payday Loan Consolidation

OK, So I have searched the forums and came up with the conclusion that most people on here frown upon using some sort of debt consolidation program. I can understand that they may charge a fee but it seems to me, that the ease of having them all into one and not having to deal with harassment and phone calls instead having a hard start and end payment schedule still seems a bit more easy going.
The company in this very website seems to be helpful but im not sure who to trust anymore. I have contacted them and they are willing to help. They do not seem like a scam, after all they are apart of this website.
I see the process of having to go through emailing and sending out letters so I was looking on a bit more advice on this topic.


There is no point consolidating PDL's...it is a waste of money. Illegal ones you can easily handle yourself. For the legal ones, you can make your own payment arrangements.

First off...do you know if your loans are legal or not?? What state do you live in, who did you borrow from, how much did you borrow and how much did you pay them?
