I just received an e-mail from an Attorney Ricky Christy stating that I took out a payday loan from FSM group and it was a 350 loan that is now 1000. He is very rude telling me that payment has to be made today and that my checking account had closed and that is check fraud. He told me that I will be blacklisted and never work in the usa again. This is the 1st time that I have received and email from them since 2006....what should I do?? they are very rude and tell me that i am running away from the matter and that he will file an affidavit in florida court if I dont' pay today...he sent this all through email..with my old adress that I haven't lived in for 3 years.
