Anyone have any luck with these companies? One Clikc did not respond to the BBB complaint. The other two responded to the BBB by saying my letter complaint not warrant a response. I of course did not accept the response and they responded again by saying the complaint did not warrant a response. The AG of Florida said they would log the complaint. The FTC has not responded. I keep getting calls which I do not answer; they don't leave any messages. I keep getting emails and I keep responding with my original letter. This has been since the end of December. Any one know what they will do next?

Keep doing what you've been doing. They may go away or may turn it over to collection at which time you tell or write them that they are illegal and you have no intention of paying them anything except the amount your borrowed. You don't have to return their calls and don't be intimidated by them.

Thanks! They do not seem to give up. I paid way more than what I borrowed. If I hear from collection agencies I will have my attorney call them or send them a letter. I wonder if that will stop them. I was very disappointed with the AG of FLorida.
