i need to know if these internet payday loans are licensed in ohio sjm marketing,jd marketing, tjf,ftr processing, one click cash, united cash loan,bahama marketing group which ones are license and the ones that are not what can happen to me if i dont pay them can i go to jail

You can CHECK HERE to see if any of these are licensed in Ohio, as far as I know, none of them mentioned are licensed, but, they could have a dba name also. To be on the safe side, you may want to type the names of these companies in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum, then you can browse through some of the posts to see if any of these go by a dba name. Meanwhile I will move this to the payday loan section. I can post some information on how to proceed with these lenders if you would like. If you have defaulted, you need to protect yourself from having your wages attached.
