I got a phone call back from FTR this morning. Informing me that my loan had been zero'd out on 08/26 due to goo payment history. I would say so, I had paid over $1000 on a $200 loan. I asked for a letter, he was very nice said they dont send out letters but he would email me letting me know my loan had a zero balance. Here is the email I got:

On aug 26 2008 your acct balance has been zero'd out. Your loan had been in good standing for several months. You currently have no loan with us and are eligible for reactivation if needed.
