I just checked the links above and they are to other payday sites.

I've used loans in the past and have paid them back in time. I recently used a stite where they paid me back $25. They were a loan matching site, but guess they paid me from their commission. it was I think... my loan ended up costing me only $12 for a $200 loan

I have been reading through this site. I have several loans that are about to eat me alive with charges. I looked on some of the links you posted and it looks like a couple of the lenders are legal in my state and the others are not. What do I do about the legal ones? I have paid back the principal of the loan on both. Here is what I have:

Speedycash - loan for $1000 paid 147.30 since July 2012 every two weeks

CashNetUSA - loan of $500 been paying $70.70 since Jan 13 Paid them 353.50

SpotLoan - loan of $600 paid 87.48 since Jan 13 and now have a balance of $743 I belive and they told me the total will go up everyday with interest.

American Web Loan loan of $600 paid $180 and then stopped payment - they never told me what my total owed was just that I would pay $180 a week and could make extra towards principal

Advance America (storefront) - $375 owe 400.25- have made a couple of draw downs started at $425.

From what I have read American Web and Spotloan are illegal in MO which is where I am from.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Dear Christina:

Did you pay back your loans? If yes, how? I am a journalist working on a story on how people find repaying payday loans difficult and how it is an unfair lending scheme. Please do respond to I will be grateful.

Is is an unfair lending scheme due to the fact that if you apply for a payday loan and get paid twice a month, they charge you more than for a person that gets paid once a month. I get paid twice a month, and to check city, I had to pay $152.13 TWICE a month (total $304.26) for a $600 loan. My boyfriend just got a payday loan with them and he gets paid monthly. He's only paying $77 for a $300 loan! How is that even legal?!?!?!? Even if he were to get a $600 loan like me, he'd still only be paying $154 a month. Such a rip off.

Should I borrow from cashland

OR, I read a lot of story. If I want fast cash, I should do another way in order to get cash. Don't use payday loans

I had a loan with western sky/cash call & now it is with Delbert services. Are these types of loans illegal in Arkansas? What site do I look at to find the information about my states laws?. I asked the new holders to postpone a payment for 2 weeks & I was told no. They have tried twice to debit the money & put me in the negative. What do I do?
