Next Steps after Initial Email?

Hello,
I have loans with Big Picture Loans and Minto Money, both illegal in my state (GA). I have paid over the principal on both. I emailed both today using the recommended script. I received basically the same response from both saying they are not subject to state laws and operate based on the tribal laws. They both noted that my ACH withdrawal had been processed, but I was still required to make the payments on future due dates using alternate means. What are my next steps here? Do I send another message back stating again I'd like an email noting the account is considered paid in full before using further recourse? Or do I just ignore them now that the ACH has been withdrawn with them and my bank. Any advice is appreciated.

Your next step should be this. Tell them you won't pay a penny. The account is paid in full. If they still ask you for payments, threaten to file a lawsuit against them.

Yes, you can do that for sure.

You can do this as well. They can't take legal action against you or report to credit bureaus.
