I live in Texas. Can 247 greenstreet garnish my wages/wage assignment? and are they legal in TX. Trying to catch up with bills and I am already in the hole with the bank and all the NSF charges.
They are located in Malta.
They can't garnish your wage in Texas since they are illegal in your
state. You just have to pay the principal amount. Nothing else. There is
no need to pay interest rate or penalties or fines. Okay. Focus on your
other bills.
About the NSG charges, be
polite and try to explain your financial situation to the bank. Politely
request to waive off the NSF charges. Remind that how long you've been a
loyal customer, how much you give value to that bank, etc. If you're not
successful in the first attempt, follow it up after a few days. The bank
may waive it off depending on the relation you have and your convincing
power. All the best!
