1)which pdls do have?the company names
2)how much borrowed from each
3)how much paid back total including fees to each
4)what state are you in.
5)internet or storefront

answer those and we can help you here.by the way,garnishments need a court order.if they are internet chances are depending on which company,they won't be able to garnish.

Unless it is Uncle Sam(federal taxes), Aunt Governor of Your State(State Taxes, Local and Child Support) they can not touch your paycheck.

However, if you signed voluntary wage assignments, they can try to put those through. If you give the information that Paul requested, we will be able to give you better advice for your situation.

It's important that you send these companies a wage assigment revocation letter, then give a copy to your employer, wage assignments are voluntary and can be revoked at any time. :wink:

how do I know if i signed a wage assigment recovation? and where can I find the letter to send them and my employer?

If all you are wanting to send is a wage assignment revocation then I would make it simple similar to the one below. Are your lenders illegal, I seem to remember you have another thread somewhere but can't remember the particulars of it?
