I got a notice to garnish wage letter about a week ago. It stated that I had 20 before they sent it to my employer. Well it's been about a week and I got another letter from the company that owns my company that contained a fax of the wage garnishment letter and the wage assignment paper I signed (unfortunately). Im assuming my employer got it as well. I will find out.Is it legal for them to send it so soon? The loan was for 250. I know not alot but I'm working with debt consolidation and I have all my payday loans included. The loan is in Illinois. They claim to be an installment loan company but my payments were the interest every two weeks. The interest rate was 521%! I know dumb. I was desperate at the time. They say they don't work with my debt consolidation company. Should I revoke the wage garnishment and work it out on my own?

revoke the wage assignment NOW. Also give a copy to your employ

revoke the wage assignment NOW. Also give a copy to your employer NOW. Then call the PDL and set up a payment plan

I have a payday loa out with you people. I believe it is paid off the 31st of this month. I have spent all day yesterday trying to call you. All I get is a baseball no. He said he has been getting calls allday for a bank or something. I called i-866 928 5055. Coul dyou please notify me to make sure I gave you the right information. I applied for it on April 6th then 5/3 112.50, the 6th 140, n the 7th should be140, n then the 8th Of Aug will be 136.65. Is this correct. Could you also give me your right phoe o? Thanks Again
