Help for PayDay Loans
Date: Wed, 12/03/2008 - 16:59

Please tell us what state you live in. You will have to close your bank account and deal with these lenders on a personal basis if you want to escape from this! Get a live check from your payroll so you can survive. You also must make sure your bank does not have a "force open" policy regarding ACH withdrawls. Please read the sticky regarding this. You have about 2000 in loans and have a moral obligation to pay back the principal but, depending upon where you live, you may not have to pay the rediculous interest and other charges. There is light at the end of this tunnel. Benn there!
