Yes, they are legal. If you have taken out a loan from them, then you are liable to pay them the principal as well the interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your licensed lender and set up a payment arrangement with them. Keep in mind that legal lender can sue you because of nonpayment of debt.

they are a CSO out of northbrook IL so yes they are legal.
