Have the following internet payday loans. I know from reading on here that Geneva Roth is illegal but how about
Loan Shop/Mount Oread Ventures 300.00/paid 180.00
ACHloan.com 200.00/Paid 105.00
What can I do about these if anything??

Hi there! Welcome, you have come to the right place for help. I am not familiar with ACH but more than likely Loan Shop is not licensed in your state. They can be nasty and annoying but they can be handled. Rollovers are illegal in OK and they have been rolling your loan over and they don't have an OK license from what I could find.
