I took out a long from loanpointusa/geneva roth in December. They have been taking $90.00 out my account since then until I started fighting the charges with my bank. They say it is an extension cost but according to there site, extension cost include paying the loan or the interest. I think by now a $300 loan should have been paid to full, and then some.
Geneva roth tried calling. I have not called back. I even emailed loanpointusa and asked them to fax the documents to me. They have not done this.
Does anybody know about this company or have any advice for me?

I just tried to look up geneva roth for available license in california and it came back with no matches! also tried loan point usa! just for info! Also cash central license expired in march of this year!!

jnm..How did you find available license in CA? I want to do that for AZ but not sure how.

Close your account. This is the usual with illegal lenders. you can never reach them to pay the loan off.
