720.00 on a 300.00?and no they are not legal in FL.block this place asap.if not you may have to close that account and open a new one.still can't believe it 720.00 on a 300.00 loan.that is insane.that doesn't even include any fees taken out prior.that is more than double the loan and they want to take another on 11/03.stop that and i would tell my bank i didn't authorize the 720.00.

I hope you're able to dispute that charge as well as get a new bank account...that's really an insane amount!

I am sorry what they take out is $180.00 for 4 times renewal so I have overpaid them $420.oo 720-300 principal= $420 in fees?! I have already filled out the ach; rck; (re-presented check entry; pop (Point of purchase entry or ARC (account receivable entry. Now I am ready to send them the revocation letter to them. Do they ever do a refund of the overpayment? I guess I better don't hold my breath waiting for a refund.

It never hurts to ask, I received 1 refund and I had overpaid a few companies, but I was suprised & happy with the 1 I received. :D

I actually don't remember, I'd have to look through my file to find the name of the company. It may have been ACC/Thecashspot. They were certainly the easiest to deal with

I have a loan with them also and they take $90 every other week as their "fee" without paying down the loan. So far more than $540.00 with none of it going to principal. I called and spoke with them and while the agent was very nice, she did say "Well, you signed the documents". I'm trying to pay a little extra each time, even though I never got the form they said they emailed to me. I just wrote a note and faxed it to them. I hope to have it paid off by the end of November.

It doesn't work, all they do is change the amount and or their name and keep sucking, so far for 400.00 I have paid 1620.00 yes 1620.00
