I applied for a payday loan online. I thought they would contact me for more info, but i never got the call, so i gave up on it and changed my mind. I didn't realize that geneva roth and loan shop put money into my account. I never used it because i didn't know it was there now they are constantly trying to get money from my account (ach). I put a stop payment on them both. But they are some how still getting through. They have me so overdrawn with overdraft and nsf fees i can't even close my account......,

Go to your bank and close your account. Talk to your branch manager and Dispute the NSF/overdraft fees with your , saying you never authorized them to take money since they never contacted you for final approval. All payday loans I've ever delt with called to verify information (even online ones)

they did the same exact thing to me also. you should also know that if you get any other account they somehow find out your info and deduct from those accounts too. they have been awful. i keep trying to get a copy of the alleged contract that i electronically signed but they wont send it to me. i even filed a complaint with the ohio ag office to get a copy of my contract still no contract though
