Geneva Roth Capital Funding is ILLEGAL everywhere! Can you cancel the loan, if not I suggest you read this thread on dealing with them.

How do I cancel the loan after i've received the money? Can I just pay back the principal and send them a letter letting them know they're illegal? Or would they even listen?

They won't listen. And I'm sure you won't be the first or last person to tell them they are "illegal." Of course, they have a team of lawyers telling them the opposite, too.

If the funds were just deposited you can have your bank return them but you need to do it asap.

you can reverse the loan, as long as you have not made any payments on it. either way they will never admit they are not legal, they will say (and i quote) "we are a multi million dollar company, why would we do something that is not legal?"

Your best bet is to reverse the funds. That way if anything comes of it you can prove you never accepted to loan in the first place. Best of luck! :wink:
