Internet payday loans are not legal in GA.
You only owe 100 on the elastic loan and that is it.
Some owe you refunds for what you overpaid but you should get them marked Paid in Full. Find their address or emails, send them C&D letters with your state laws about payday loans.
Someone else can help better, but just thought I would chime in you only owe 100 more and you are done!

They are both banks, Elastic or Urban Trust Bank,
First Bank Of Delaware, they aren't payday lenders, they're banks. Banks do not follow the payday loan laws. Were the loans you obtained from these two banks an installment type of loan? You might want to call them and ask for an extended payment plan, perhaps they would extend your payments for you if you explain your financial hardship.

As stated in the contract you signed “GREAT SKY FINANCE, LLC IS A WHOLLY NATIVE AMERICAN OWNED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY LOCATED WITHIN THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF THE CHEYENNE RIVER SIOUX TRIBE, A SOVEREIGN NATIVE AMERICAN NATION. THIS LOAN AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED PURSUANT TO THE INDIAN COMMERCE CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND TO THE EXPRESS EXCLUSION OF ANY APPLICATION OF THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION OR ANY STATE OF FEDERAL LAW OF THE UNITED STATES.” This means we do not have a state by state module. You agreed to the contract which states we lend through the Sioux Tribe and we abide by the pay day laws of South Dakota. I will be happy to provide the signed contract by you to the State Attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau. The contract also states if you fall into collections, we have the right to submit your account for payroll garnishment. If you are having problems paying back your loan, we will be happy to set you up on a payment plan.

Just tell them you aren't a resident of the CHEYENNE RIVER SIOUX TRIBE, therefore the laws they detail do not apply to you. I doubt they will come into OUR court of law to sue you, if they do, that means they would have to forfeit their tribal laws.

lakota cash and great sky
I also live in Georgia and have payday loans with Lakota and Great Sky. Both are internet based. Can you please help me in dealing with them. Were you able to resolve the issues with them. How did you begin the process. What did you say in the letter. What kind of hell did you have to go through. Did they take you to court? Did they garnish your wages? Did you close your bank account?
PLEASE HELP. any and all help would greatly be appreciated.
you can respond here or email me directly at dimple35@hotmail.com.
Thanks in advance for your help.
