mpatt can you list the names of all the pdls, tell us how much you owe, how much you have paid, the state you live and so on.. This will help to answer your question better.

I dont know your state, but try town and country acceptance. They are based in birmingham,al but work in several states. They will help stop them from calling you, and will help you pay them off.

Sorry I have been so long in my reply. Had alot going on lately. Here is what I've got:
Ameriloan- borrowed $200 pd back 120 to date
One Click Cash - borrowed 200 - pd back 120 to date
Payday One- borrowed $467.79 - pd back 87.50 to date
Cashback - borrowed $200- pd back $200 to date
Payday Loans of America- boreowed $400- pd back 532.50 to date
I also have quite a few store fronts. I live in Kentucky & just found out that online PDL's are illegal in this state.
I've just taken a part time job, so hopefullly that will help some. I cannot close my bank acct- hubby would have a coronary if he knew & we both have direct deposit with Social Security.
