So I know there have been many posts regarding these bottom feeding morons, but I need some more advice and help.
So I get a call from my co manager at work, and someone called without revealing themselves but asked for me. My General Manager and my co manager knows what's going on and she said "I'm sorry, Lisa doesn't work here anymore." Anyway. this man, (I'm assuming its probably that ass Mr. Hatton) called her a liar, and asked if there was another manager that he could speak with. She said no, I'm the manager, and I'm giving you the right information, He then hung up on her.
My question is, what the hell can I do now? I don't want to lose my job because this idiot keeps calling and interrupting business. I have sent the necessary ACH/Wage Assignment letters to Chase Bank and my HR and payroll department. I have sent the cease and desist letters, which obviously they are not following. I have gone to my local police department and they said that there was really nothing that they could do. What do I do now? I like so many can't afford to lose my job. When I spoke to HR they said if someone is calling regarding info on me I can't lose my job as long as I'm doing what I need to be doing and its not affecting my job performance.
So honestly, what can I do now?

I do wish there were a straight answer for this one. I am sick of them. So far, they haven't tried the work trick since I hung up on them 6 times in a row (I saw the caller ID and just picked up and hung up .. it was their stupid Process Server trick).

I have read horror stories that they actually find out who your neighbors are and cal them. I don't put it past them, they found my son's cell phone number!

I have graduated from getting emails about a problem with my checking account to a new Executive Offer! Woo-hoo!!! Sending letters, talking to them, etc. etc doesn't make any difference. FTC reports is all we have. I doubt that they will ever get tracked down. I read that a few states have lawsuits against them. I doubt they will show up for court. Ironic, they are always threatening court on us!

They will leave me alone for a few days, then try again. Yesterday I got a voicemail. Today I saw them come through on my cell phone, so I picked up and hung up. Then they called immediately from another number, I did the same thing. Apparently they ain't getting the message, which I think is pretty clear: I'm NOT talking and do not plan to do so!!

Well for me I received 1 day of emails from Tim that there was a problem with my checking account than the next day I received a call from someone shady saying they would make me a secret deal, since then nothing. But I live in fear every moment that I will receive calls to my previous employer who I warned but the worst part is I owe nothing I overpaid these scum bg hundreds of dollars. Funny though the last 2 days I keep getting calls from law offices with foreigners wondering if they sold my info to those scum bags!!!

Well let the games begin. Received a call at work from "Ms Freeman: fron First National - I told her I wasnt discussing anything over the phone to read my emails she gave me an email address. One hour letter good ole Tim Akins calls wanting the owner,,,,, to make it short my co-workers know the situation and wouldn't put him through... he called around 10 times speaking rudely and threatening --- finally when he realized he was getting no where he quit. However he went on website and got the names and cell phone #'s of the president and VP of the company. Before I left got an email from TIM to my bosses to tell them to have me quit sending him emails (he says he got three in 45 minutes) too funny!! It was the email address "Miss Freeman" gave me. Jerk . Question what can I do to make him quit contacting my employers. I know it is against the law. Can they be stopped. (I over paid a $400 loan by $475)

Can anyone who has dealt with PDLY or USA Cash Express or First National offer an advice??? I'm sure there has to be someone who has survived their wrath and can share. The question is once first national starts calling then what? Do they sell it to someone else? Where are these bottom feeders located? Someone said they were tribal, but then I heard overseas. If anyone has previous history please share.... Some I have read dealt with them a year ago, if any one is still out there reading can you help us out?
