Ok. I did what this forum suggested and cosed my checking account and revolked my ACH from these companies. Once they did not get paid the calls started. They were contacting me, my work, and my family memberrs. I couldnt stand it so I contacted them and started payment arrangements. This seems never ending. When I started I had not paid the principal on any of the loans completely. I really have no problem paying the principal but I just cant keep up with thes twice a month payments. Great Plains gave me a PIF one the principal is paid so i would like your input on what my next step should be with the illegal companies that I have finally paid the principal to. Do you think if I send a email again this time explaining that I only owed principal and requesting a PIF might work. They only have a the number to my pre paid debit card so they cant do anything to my checking account but I really have to get back to paying my regular bills before they get so far behind that I wont be able to catch up. I just cannot handle the phone calls to my work and family. Please advise me.....thanks

You have to stick to your guns and ignore the calls....keep emailing them that you will only communicate via email and only make payments via money orders. They are illegal..report them to your state AG's office, the FTC. Invest in a blowhorn...use it when they call. Do NOT let them bully you!!!

You are the one in control of how you chose to repay the principal balance on all of them not them.

Who are the lenders and how much borrowed and how much repaid to date on all.

If you have allowed them back into your bank account you need to close it open a new one not linked to the old and resend them ach and wage assignment revocations. follow the link above in SOAPLADY's or below in my own signature oon how to deal with them by OhioGal.
