Cash net USA

I have one payday loan that is legal with Cash Net USA My payment is 158.00 twice a month. Has anyone had any luck with them changing to a payment once a month which would extend the loan? I have 5 payments left and the 2X monthly is really difficult to make because Im trying to get caught up with regular credit cards and house payments. I would really like to be done with payday loans and caught up as soon as possible. thanks


I have a loan with Advance America which is part of Cash Net. That worked with me. Weather they will work with you can depend on your state laws. Washington State has specific requirements that were followed and I think my payment plan is fare. Google your state's laws regarding repayment of payday loans before requesting a payment plan so you know your rights first though.:rolleyes:

I just set up an EPP with CashNetUSA. They're a little snooty about it and refuse to accept ACH revocations, but they will agree to an EPP if you ask for one by calling or emailing corporate (I emailed so I would have a paper trail). They also advised me when I requested the EPP that I would not be eligible for any future loans with them. Fine by me!
