I am in Louisiana and here is a list of my loans. Getecash-300/Payment of 117.86/principle payment of 50 Panamcash-300/105/210-so far Payment Direct-200/89/445 USFastCash-300/75/50-principle/625 IAdvancecash-300/90/180 Ameriloan-350/105/315 AceCash-250/Haven't paid anything yet-too new SpeedyCash-275-Pay in full everytime Anyone with any advice, it would be greatly appreciated!! Going to talk with Bank probably tomorrow..Anyone have any dealings with Capital One??

GeteCash only have a license in Utah.

I did not find the other lenders list in the LA database except for Speedy Cash.

The rest appear to be unlicensed.

Panamcash

Panamcash has a hidden scam. They charge you a fiance fee every time if you don't pay it back all at once. $150 a paycheck doesn't even get applied to the principal.

I don't know if it's legal, but I got a scary phone call today..

I don't know if it's legal, but I got a scary phone call today..Some indian speaking person threatening me with legal action, observing my house, etc...Saying they are gonna sue the crap out of me...I believe it is USFast Cash. Can they do that and do they have legal standing???

No, they can't, it's a SCAM! USFastCash is notorious for doing that!

And trust that the guy with the heavy indian accent is a scam do not give them anything. I 've had experiences with them and so have a lot of other people on here. They are definitely a scam, they'll call alot, but don't give them any banking info
