PDLs in North Carolina
Date: Tue, 08/30/2011 - 11:52
I currently have three PDL out and would like to get out fo the cycle I am currently in. I am getting behind on other things that I need to pay, and have no money after the fees are taken each month. I have listed them below. As you can see below the only one that I have not paid all of the principle on is CashCall. Should my route be as with the other threads that I have saw on here and close my checking account, send a letter, and stop the ACHs? Are these legel in North Carolina?
CashYes.com - borrowed $500 - have paid back $500 and another $175 will be deducted this Friday
Magnum Cash Advance - $850 - have paid back $598 and another $300 will be deducted this Friday
CashCall - $1000 - have paid $380 and another $167 will be deducted this Thursday.
Thanks for any help that you can give me.
