get out of the Payday loan cycle

Does anyone know how to get out of the Payday loan cycle?? I am drowning paying and re writting to live. My credit is poor or I would not have started this,now I do not know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Connie...I split this off into it's own thread. We can help you stop the cycle but need more info. What state do you live in? Who have you taken loans out from? Are they internet or store front? How much did you borrow from each and how much have you paid back?
