I am trying to get out of a pay day loan hole. Can any one help me ? I live in Ohio and need some guidance.

What are the names of the pdl companies? Are your lenders licensed in your state? If not, then you can easily get out of this cycle by paying back them only the principal. But if they are licensed, then you will be responsible for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your legal lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.
