I am in the same situation that many people, stuck with many interest of online .I have 3 Cash Central ,Speedy Cash and OneClickCash ,
.Are they legal in California to deal with loans .
Plus a store pay loans store in Los Angeles ,can they send you to court if you don't pay or report to your credit record.Lost my job this week ,single dad and try to get out of this big mess. Please help me ,give me any recommendation,Thank you for any help and your time.

An EPP is an Extended Payment Plan. This usually divides the loan into 4 equal payments. You will have to go into the store and sign paperwork for it--but if you default on one payment, the deal's off.
Can a legal loan vendor take you to court in California? The answer is yes, but only civil, not criminal court. This could even be Small Claims, depending on the amount of the loan. The upshot is that no, you will not be arrested, but you could possibly be served. Can an illegal loan vendor do this? NO.

Pay the store first and foremost - you can probably get an EPP from them - call up and ask for one.

As for the others,

One click is illegal - let them go for now while you handle the legal ones

Cash central is LEGAL , ask for an EPP or default and work w/ collections

speedy cash is also legal, do the same as above
