Payday loan

I had a loan with sonar holdings and I received a call from a restricted number informing me that im about to get served papers for breach of cpntract for not paying a payday loan back. He told me to call 8556021155 and I did. I got Mr. Ethan Rogan who said he works with frs and associates. At first he wanted $856 at once with no payment arrangements, then when I said just serve the papers he gave me me two payments to pay at $456 each. I didnt have a loan for that much. I gave my debit card info but I think im going to block the transactions because something doesnt seem right. Frs and associates is not a debt collector because I looked it up. What should I do?

cancel the debit card and get a new one asap.bottomline FRS is a dirty bottomfeding scam,and sonar is an illegal internet lender.do that and ignore future calls a again a complete scamming bottomfeeder.

See, just when you asked them to go ahead and serve, they just flipped and came up with a new payment plan. That should be a red flag in itself. Just do what Paul says and file a complaint with the AG and the FTC.
