Hi,
Welcome to the Forums..!!
Payday loans are legal in Florida and if you don't pay your bills, your accounts will be handed over to collection agencies. The collection agents will give you harassing calls to recuperate the money and this can soon become a frustrating and an annoying experience.
You can avoid all this by going for payday loan consolidation. Contact a debt consolidation company and make sure that all your payday loans are combined into a single monthly payment. Through debt consolidation, you can not only repay the entire amount in small and affordable monthly payments but also boost your credit score in the long run.
Hope this will help you out..!!

Well, you can end up getting sued if you don't pay off the legal pdls. You surely don't want that. One Click Cash is not legal in Florida. So, you can just get rid of this loan by paying the principal amount. You need to find out if the the other 2 pdls are illegal too.
You can take advantage of pdl debt settlement to repay your legal payday loans.
Payday loan Rut

HELP, I need to know how to determine.......
Hi
I need to know if a payday loan is not listed in the Florida Office of Finance Regulations and if it is illegal, if they can still sue me, or take me to court??
I have three internet loans. OneClickCash, division of SFS, Inc. (Indian Tribe), Plain Green, LLC (installment and Indian Tribe), and easycashonlinestore.com (Canadian) How do I know if they are a Credit Service Organizations?
I have fallen into a PDL rut, and I have fallen behind on the bills because of it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!!
Sandra
here is the info you need
none of these are legal in any state as two are"sovreign nation"loans, and no loan based in canada is gonna be registered.being you are in FL the loans are considered non-collectable and non-enforceable.meaning these place can't do squat except call and threaten illegaly as they would have to sue in our town, county, village,or bourough they would have as chance as ice in august.just know that.

There's no reason to waste your money paying someone else to do something you can handle easily on your own.
First, number 2 and 3 are not legal. You only have to repay the principal amount to them.
Second, when you got your ThinkCash loan, was it with First Bank of Deleware or was it already being handled by PlainGreen?
Also, please do not start multiple threads asking the same quest

The loan with was after Think Cash became Plain Green.
So in this case, I would have to close my account and write them letters? I just want to make sure they can't sue me for not paying.
THANKS!! :)

For the most part internet lending is not legal in FL. Though the legal lenders in the state allow you to fill out applications online you still have to go to the store front to sign all the documents and get the money.
Me too - Payday loans
I had a rough year and kept up with over 10 payday loans in CA for over 2 years. I finally came to a point where I was advancing so I could readvance and pay the bills. They make it so easy to do. Unfortunately I had to file BK and get out of it. I feel better. Do not get yourself into this. They are too easy to do and not so easy to get out from under.

I have been told that you should stop paying them and pay one at a time in payments. They will work with you on payments.

The problem with that theory is that, if your lender is illegal and you've already paid in fees an amout equal to that of the principal loan, you don't owe them anything else.
Update!
As of last week, I closed my account and sent out letters. I have received an answer from one of the PDL, Plain Green, this is what they wrote:

The other two, Easycashonlinestore (Camosun) and OnceClickCash, I have not heard from.
I sat down and went through all my bank deposits and debits, and came to the conclusion that I have more than paid off these loans. It's a shame how much money I over paid for. I paid thousands of dollars on these loans combined. Kinda ironic when you come to think about it, because the reason I took the loans was because I didn't have any money, and I ended up paying even more than the loans were worth.
I'll keep you posted on the other two.
THANKS, without your advise and help, I wouldn't be half way out of this mess! It feels good not to see those loans coming out of my check. Today I got paid, and my account look weird with out them (A good weird!) lol ;)
Regards,
Sandra

Also, just a tip, before I closed my acct. and wrote the letter, I change all my accout information for all 3 PDLs....meaning, I changed my reference's phone no., my work no., and my phone no., if I could, on all three. That way when they go to call my references, they have the wrong no.
