Hi.
Thanks for so much for all the info on this site. I am a bit confused, though. I live in Kansas and have several pdl's. I am current on all of them, but drowning. I have installment loans with Plain Green Loans and Great Plains lending. Are these illegal in Kansas? I read that if they are, I am only responsible for principal? If I could get the interest stopped, I could pay off quicker. I also have Cashnet Usa, SpeedyCash, Mobiloans, but I think these are all legal. Any help would be appreciated.

Plain Green, Mobiloans and Great Plains are illegal tribal lenders. You owe principal only. Send out copies of ACH revocation letters to the lenders and to your bank immediately.

Only CashNetUSA and Speedy Cash are legal lenders. If you are still current on the loans, you can call their local/corporate office and ask them for the EPP. That should ease your situation a little.

You are required to pay only the principal to your illegal lenders. Don???t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.

As far as the legal loans are concerned, you are responsible for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.
