I took out 2 payday loans to help me get threw a bad time and now I am feeling the pain of it. I took one out in Feb 2012 and it was for 300 dollars, I am still paying 74 dollars every 2 weeks for this loan. It is threw All credit lenders. The other is threw sure advance, it is online I am paying 105 every 2 weeks for that one. I live in Wisconsin and I am wondering what I can do to get these payed off, I don't have extra to pay after my bills are paid and the 180 is really starting to take it's toll on me. I am dealing with alot of debit right now due to my divorce and I am making ends meat as it is. I am doing a debit consolidation place for my regular loans and that is working great, but they will not except payday loans. How do I contact these people and work out some kinda payment plan without getting nailed with paying just the interest on these. Please help!!!

All Credit Lenders is a loan matching service. Can you tell us the name of the actual lender?

Sure Advance is not licensed.

You've already way overpaid this loan. Follow the step by step advice in my signature link for information on how to deal with Sure Advance.

If your other lender is also unlicensed, tribal or offshore, you can follow the same steps with them, including asking for a refund of your overpayment.

Thanks for the clarification. All Credit Lenders is licensed in WI as CMK Wisconsin LLC (DBA: All Credit Lenders).

I suggest calling them and asking for an extended payment plan for the remaining balance of your loan.

Sure Advance is not licensed. Follow the steps in my signature link to deal with them.
