Western Sky Question

So I had the $2525 loan from Western Sky which was 'supposedly' sold/serviced/etc to Cashcall. Once I found this site and realized I overpaid them by over $4,000 that stopped right there. I have been getting tons of calls from cashcall but haven't dealt with them. My question is, and I checked on Friday night, they are reporting to my credit report and the last email they sent me also stated the same. Has ANYONE ever been able to remove them from their report? I really don't want the blemish on there.. Thanks!
Usually illegal lender can’t
Usually illegal lender can’t report to the credit bureaus. But in this case as the lender have done the same, so dispute it with the credit bureaus immediately. Moreover ask Cash Call for the refund as you have overpaid them. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money.
Send a letter to the credit
Send a letter to the credit bureau and request them to remove the listing from your credit report. On the other hand, send letters to Western Sky till they give you a refund.
