I have read that a lot of people are having issues with this group. I too am having problems. I live in Ohio, it seems some think they arent licensed here but i dont know for a fact. Can anyone help?

How much did you borrow, and how much have you paid them back? Unfortunately, there is only one way to stop them from debiting your account, and that is to close it out, but first I would recommend that you open a new account at a totally different bank first. All you are morally obligated to pay them back is the principal amount you borrowed. Here are the Ohio pdl laws.
