Dont let those guys scrae you into paying them. They have no means to collect. I would not pay them a dime.

Does anyone know the toll free number to GFS? There is a Carol Smith with the Investigative Department (as she says), who keeps harrassing me at work. I need the phone number and address to give to my attorney. Thank you!

Don't let up on these people. I dealt with them before. Keep fighting them, and they will eventually give up...at least that what it seems they have done. I closed my bank acct which they kept trying to debit, and I haven't heard from them for well over a year. Others have said they come back. Good luck!

Has anyone been able to resolve or stop this people. I have paid hundreds of $$ taken out of my account. I have also closed the account and spoken to them, emailed them and they are calling my boss asking to do a payroll deduction. Is this legal? Any information on them would be helpful.

These people have taken a large sum of money out of my account and they are still taking more. What can I do.

to be very frank, they cant do anything , dont pay them and close your account. they r based in london, uk and cant do anything. they will just call u and give u threat everytime, dont worry and ask them to do whatever they want.

I would like to pay these people their money because they claim I would have to go to court in California so do anyone have a address and telephone number

i read something on the FTC website stating there are 7 pdl companies who have been cited. i think this was one of them.

Just threatened my son over the phone if I don't pay this loan that I have clearly paid with the fees. I got a call from area codes: 901-California and 848-British Virgin Islands. And for me to call him back immed on a 253 number. I borrowed 200.00 in 2007 and paid $210.00 back.
