Your Payday Loan Help

Anyone have info about complaints or lawsuits against this Payday debt help company who uses another company called Global Client Solutions LLC to debit your bank account as their agent for collecting fees etc.? Seems all these two entities do is collect money from a client and never do a thing to settle your payday loans. They have bilked me for nearly 1000.00 and out of that money after their fee charges they claim I have a balance of 98.00 which of course they say I have to build upon to have enough funds to pay my payday debts.Of course the way they take fees from you for doing nothing you would probably pay them 10 times what the loan companies balances are! I called and told them since they have not kept any of their promises I want my money back and since telling them this they have deleted all info about me as if I never existed.Has anyone else had similar experiences with these people and if so I would appreciate any info at all! THANKS

You can do a search on this site to see what others have said. It would be in your best interest to close that account, and to file detailed complaints against this company with the FTC, BBB and your AG, the more complaints received, the better the chances of this being investigated.
Since they deleted all your info on their site, my best guess is there's a cover up of sorts, so please, file complaints. Too bad you couldn't have gotten into that account before they got rid of the information, you could have taken screen shots and uploaded them with your complaints, it isn't too late for others to do so, if anyone needs instructions on how to take screen shots, pm me. :)
