I received a call from Tracy at Mill and Monroe Arbitration. Corporate address is located in Rochester NY (that is what Tracy said). She said I have a outstanding loan from VIP loan shop that i took out online. I live in Iowa, and took this loan out via the web. Any advice/suggestions on how to handle? She stated I was going to be served, is this true? Thanks!
