what exactly did you win?you got threats and nothing in writing.you don't pay him you report him.he will call back demanding your account info because he won't give a mailing address.next time he does call.delete the message,or hang up in his face.

I meant winning in the fact that I got him to agree that I pay the principle, which I have no problem paying.

But if there is more that I can do, I would like to move forward with that... any more advice that you can give? Thanks!

I agree! This is the bottom feeder of all bottom feeders. Not only do they know it, they are actually proud of it. In my situation, the scums have made about $450 off me and i never really expect to see that money back. And they certainly aren't getting any more!

By law, you really owe them nothing and I wouldn't send them a penny. These jerks have called me at work after I told them not to, and when I asked for a dunning letter he said they were electronic and couldn't do it. When I persisted, he said thank you and hung up. Called my cell today all polite again. DO NOT TALK TO THEM. They also take on many personalities. The same voice has posed as a collections person and then a lawyer. Yep, same voice.

"Karen" emails me constantly and signs it Tim, the branch manager. There are nothing but scam and fraud reports on this company all over the Internet. Why they can continue to exist I don't know. But really, just hang up in his face. He doesn't deserve your time or money.

have any info on First National who is a parent company of USA Cash Express, Integrity, Payday-Loan_yes.com? I want to send them a C&A Letter etc. I can't seem to pinpoint on any of the forums. I want to get some information so I can file the proper complaint! Thanks!

OMG if you go to BBB and look up first National Services, that is exactly the address and phone number listed for First National/Payday Loan Yes. I copied it directly from there. And yes, I looked up Wrigley Field- Same address!

I get an email from her every day telling me that there is a problem with my checking account. Hmm, they owe ME money!
Let me know if you have any success with these people. They continually try to harass me. Now they are trying the process server trick gain. She called work 5 times in a row yesterday trying to do the process server routine from the same number they tried it from last week. Comes up on our caller ID as scam now! I simply picked up and hung up 5 times in 2 minutes, then they gave up.
I could use the 400 bucks they owe me as well!

This company has been calling me non-stop also. They actually owe me money, not the other way around! I have emailed them the demand letter several times and they will not even acknowledge me. They just tell me that since I am not providing them with acceptable payment arrangments, that they have placed my email in a "reject status".
They are threatening all kinds of "legal action". (Calling me at 6:30 in the morning which I just let go to voicemail and they leave threatening messages, they keep calling me at work)
I have read on this forum about how to handle their threats but my question is this: There are so many laws and rules that this company is always breaking, why can we not do something about them ? Why are they still in business doing this to new people everyday? Why can't we sue them for harasment and breaking the law - put them out of business ? Please tell me why they keep getting away with all this ?

I did a lot of research on these pukes. The BBB cannot locate them, and tell you that their Utah address is a virtual office. They have a few Chicago Addresses, one of which you can see is Wrigley Field. There are some older posts in the forum that give a Nassau, Bahamas address.
They use VoIP phone numbers, and don't give anyone a real address. From the research I have done, many officials have tried but they can't be tracked down.
Anyway, I sent them the letters 3 times via email, and it's obvious they are ignoring it. You need to not speak to them at all. If they call at work, hang up. We have their various caller IDS in our phone now, so if the Caller ID Says "Scam," we just pick up and hang up without a hello.
Turn off your phone at home so they don't wake you up at 6:30 AM. If they call work, instruct everyone to hang up without a word.
They try to harass me every few days. It seems to be dying down, but I'm sure they aren't finished yet!

Mr. Hatton called me today regarding my account. Its funny because I just sent them a cease and desist email two days ago. Mr. Hatton told me that he was going to fax the owner everything legally that they were going to do to me, then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with him, he told me to go jump off a cliff. Little does he know that my boss and everyone at my job pretty much knows what is going on, and I'm going to file a police report right away. I'm done with the threats and everything else that goes along with it. I mean it is kind of scary all of the things that they say, but I don't believe that anything has ever happened to anyone with this company... are there any other precautions that I should take?

First thing first: Don't talk to Mr. Hatton or anyone else from this place. Hang up, not a word. The more you talk to them or call back, the more they will continue to harass you.
If they call my cell phone, I engage/disengage so they can't even leave me a nasty voice mail. If the fake process server calls at work, I do the same thing. She tried to call 5 times in 2 minutes and finally gave up. So far, no annoying calls for 2 days. Everyone you work with that answers the phone just needs to hang up without a word when they call.
I stopped emailing them ACH Revokes/Cease and Desist. It's pointless and they ignore it.
Never give them your personal information or bank account number.. they are scamming leeches. Also, be sure that your employer knows that they may try a wage assignment, and that you have revoked it. (They CANNOT garnish, and will try a wage assignment, which can be revoked by you).
Report them to the FTC. They have been fined, taken to court, etc., etc. The FTC will do something if they get enough complaints, so please file!
And remember, they owe YOU money. They can't collect anything from you. Period.

USA Cash Advance and affiliated companies are no longer in business (taking new loans).

They are still servicing old loans. If you have one, default. Ignore them and they will go away. The company is folding due to recently enacted laws.

I abruptly stopped getting calls and emails from this notorious company at the end of last week. I also searched and found nothing, but I did go the the USA Cash Express Site and hit the "Apply Now" and it comes up blank. Has anyone else noticed a stop in their activity?

you see agath they did the same thing when they were paydayloan yes.stop doing loans under that name,but start up again under a different name.just the info stating new laws being implemented made no sense.the fact that they will eventually pop up again under a whole new name won't be a suprise.

Just got a voicemail from First National's "Legal Department." Saying I have one last chance before they take it to court. LOL Do you think they have a legal department at Wrigley Field??

They still call my office -about every other morning- we just pick up and hang up immediately. They do not call back or leave voice mail? One gal from the office answered and it was Sharon from "First National" - in short I think they are still "up and running"......:x

All of "First National's" Payday Loan Sites have disabled the "Apply Now" Page.
No new loans. Something is up.

However, it appears they are still going to try to collect in their unscrupulous ways for as long as they can until they can come up with a new website to scam more people, or they finally get shut down. This includes Payday Loan Yes, USA Cash Express, Ecash, Global Payday, etc. and etc.

They are also registered to Tribal Ventures Management Group. I don't recall them ever being tribal, but let's watch the show. The FTC is starting to go after these operations, with the Scott Tucker case being the most recent.

I have recieved a total of two calls so far, saying I owe "Us Cash Express" money. I have never heard of this company, yet a "sheriffs" department keeps calling me saying if I don't pay I will be arrested. This is a huge scam and I'm not falling for it

While I am sure they will eventually pop up under a different name, it's for collection purposes only. The guys that run this operation are just going to harass those they have in their databases, to keep the lights on.

Has anyone been arrested? Sued? No. They don't and won't. I post this here again not to dredge up old threads, but to let you know that they are gone under those names and the websites aren't even active anymore.
