PLEASE help me I have 13 paydayloans in CALIFORNIA how do i STOP them????

I just read the thread on payday loans and how to stop them so I am going to list the ones that I have loans out to in the state of California. I am really freaked out and want this to stop and would like to close my bank account and do all those things, but will I be able to open a new one? I can't go through life without a bank account.

I have no idea about California law and how many loans are allowed, and at first I thought i may be in the wrong but i feel that I am being scammed.
