Can someone help me with a pdl that is going to garnish my wages. I live in PA but my jobs headquarters aree in NY. Can they do this? Also, they say they are going to take me to court. Please help.

Nope....Payday loans are illegal in the state you live in..they are also illegal in NY state as well. STAY OFF THE PHONE!!! They are just trying to scare you!! Follow the link in my signature line for full information on how to deal with them.
