I faxed them a letter on June 30th informing them to cease and desist all communication with me at my place of employment. They have still been calling and I have the voicemails saved. Yesterday they called my boss. I called them back and told them to quit calling that I faxed the letter and she stated that there was nothing attached to my account. She stated it was about to go to a third party collector. I informed her that I was investigating the charges and I would try to rectify the situation. She then put her supervisor on the phone and I informed her of the letter I faxed and not to call me at work as well. I told her I was at work and I would call her back or they could call me back after 5 and she would not let me give her my phone number and then she hung up on me.

I faxed another letter yesterday. The fax went through on both occassions because I have the confirmations. Well about 10 minutes ago I get another call from them but I didn't answer because I am at work and on the other line.

What can I do now?

Did you asked for debt validation from Good Times Cash. If you have not yet done so, ask for debt validation first. If they do not validate the debt and still harass you for the money, file a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission by filling the online complaint form "https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ ".
