I owe 24/7 Greenstreet $888 (What I borrowed plus their fees). At the moment, I just don't have that to pay back! I wanted to set up some kind of payment plan each month, but they said I couldn't. She said that they wouldn't do a wage garnishment, but that they could actually go through my payroll department and take the $888 at one time from my paycheck. Is this true?

No they cannot do a wage garnishment...that requires a court order. However you signed a voluntary wage assignment....key word "voluntary". Follow all of the instructions.....and register with the forums!!!
