chapter 13 conversion to chapter 7

Lots of people do it...seach the forum. It would probably help if you used the same attorney. If you are not happy with your current attorney, get a free consolutation from another attorney

Yes I too agree with Soap Lady! It is always better to hire your previous attorney as he is alredy well-versed with your present financial situation and your needs.
