These legal lenders in WI?

I made the mistake as many here and got myself in a bind.
I have loans with
PlainGreen
AdvanceMeToday
CashCure
I have been paying on the last 2 for about 2 months now. I paid in 450 Each with loans of 500 and 600.
Are these guys principle only or do I have to pay the fees also
I Live in WI, I can not seem to find out 100% of these lenders are legal there.
I like to be able to pay in my terms. I will pay them back, just not @ 150 every two weeks.

Collection notice from cash cure
Alight, I just got a collection notice from a collection agency from CashCure. They say that I owe 950.00 dollars.
I take it I need to write them disputing this? Also, what happens if this goes on my credit report?
On a side note, money wise I am doing fine. I think the mistake of taking out a loan like this killed me. From now on I think putting even 25 bucks a week aside will help for any reason why I may be short on money. I never want to do this again.
All of your lenders are
All of your lenders are illegal. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your bank account. You can ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.
