I live in Utah; i am being drained w/pay day loan interest. Got myself into a cycle it seems I cannot get out of. Being a single mother, pay day loans were easy & quick for cash I needed but feel overwhelmed. My question is; in this state- can these companies take me to court? I owe:
$1000 RainCheck ($200 bi-weekly)
$1500 Security Finance (installment 155 monthly)
$2100 Check n Go (installment 347 bi-weekly
I cannot fall behind on my mortgage or car, what can i do??????
