Hi,
Yes I do agree with Soap Lady and I second her opinion. Debts are actually civil and no payday loan lender can take criminal action against you for not being able to repay the amount to them. Don't worry, you won't land up in jail! :p
Contact your payday loan companies and tell them about your financial hardship. You can either go for professional payday loan settlement or you may even settle your debts on your own. Though it is better to settle your debts on your own, you can still get help if you feel that you can't handle everything on your own.

I agree with what the previous posters have said. Non-payment of debt is not a criminal offense. It???s a civil offense. So, they can???t send you to jail for this reason. If it seems difficult for you to payback the debts in full, then you may try to settle the debts with them on your own. Otherwise, you may enroll in a payday loan debt settlement program. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to accept your proposal. The following link may help you in this regard:

now for something completely different
since all three are illegal in IL we need the following.
1)amount borrowed from each.
2)amount debited by each thus far
you see being as these are illegal in IL you only owe the principle, and anything debited they call"fees"gets deducted from that.example:
you borrow 300.00 from DJR.they debit 90.00 three times.you only owe 30.00 that's it.please go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of this very forum.it has all you need from letters,to step by steps.do not skip steps.the first is closing/securing your account.do that and keep us posted.
