Does anybody have specific contact info possibly for an individual or manager at PlainGreen so I can email my ach revocation and request a paid in full letter?

I sent about 10 emails to the accounts@plaingreen address with no response.

I was able get a PIF response from EastSide Lenders by emailing a manager that I was fully prepared to go to arbitration and was going to file complaints with the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Delaware Attorney General's Office and Ohio/Delaware Division of Banking and Commerce...got a PIF the next morning via email..

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ive done that a few times already...
also emailed the accounts@plaingreen
Looking for a specific email address such as an individual because i am not receiving a response.
Thanks!

Use the customer support box on their webpage that SOAPLADY posted. You may need to paste your letter in there several times before you get a response. I think I sent mine via this method 4 times before I finally got the following response (which is a success in my mind, without saying it directly they essentially gave in - I haven't heard from them since and this was about 2 weeks ago):

Dear *******:

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your Plain Green Loan. At this time we have closed your account from further activity.

To further clarity your questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation of Montana (“Chippewa-Cree”). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an “Arm of the Tribe,” in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan.

This letter is written to help you understand that Plain Green and its loan contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of the Chippewa-Cree.

Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.
