Help!

OK, I am not sure if this forum is still live but am hoping so. I have gotten myself into the same pickle as many others and have a revolving door of PDL's. I really need to get out of this and live in Virginia. I saw the threads about Virginia and the statutes and I looked up each of the lenders to see if they are on the license list, none of them are. I am not the brightest star in the sky and have some difficulty with legal jargon. I am hoping someone can point out which sections of the Virginia statutes I need to use to stop this insanity? I don't mind saying that I am a bit nervous about all of this and feel a little strange but over the past 3 years I have paid a ton of money out in crazy interest and keep needing to re-loan to keep my head afloat, but of course that just gets me in deeper! Help please.

I am in the process of closing the checking account but want to make sure I have all of the records so that I can add up the totals of what I have paid these people over the 3 years or so that I have gotten myself caught up in this. I am positive I have paid a ton more in interest for each one, well over what I have borrowed. Just not sure how to present that stuff. Thanks for the link, I am checking it out right now.
